Email support

What to include in your email

  • What you were doing, and which step you were on: Brief, Singer, Tracks, Deliver, Song or Library.
  • The message in the panel's status line, word for word, or a screenshot of the side panel.
  • Your Albumwright version (shown at the bottom of the side panel), your Windows version, and whether you link ChatGPT or Claude.
  • For billing questions, your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt.

Never send passwords, sign-in codes or card numbers, to us or to anyone else. We will never ask for them.

Install guide

Setting up takes a few minutes. You'll need your Suno account and your ChatGPT or Claude account to hand.

Albumwright is in private beta, so the buttons below ask for a place until the public release.

  1. Check the requirementsWindows 10 or 11 (64-bit), Google Chrome, a Suno Pro or Premier plan, and either a ChatGPT plan that includes Codex or a Claude Pro or Max plan.
  2. Add Albumwright to ChromeInstall it from the Chrome Web Store, then pin it to the toolbar so the side panel is one click away. Join the private beta
  3. Install the Albumwright helperDownload and run the helper installer for Windows. The helper is the small app that runs the AI for Albumwright. Join the private beta
  4. Link your AIWhen the helper asks, sign in with ChatGPT (through OpenAI's Codex) or with Claude (through Anthropic's Claude Code). You sign in on that company's own page; Albumwright never sees your login.
  5. Open Suno and connectOpen suno.com in Chrome and sign in to your Suno account. Then open the Albumwright side panel and check the connection in Settings.
  6. Activate Pro, if you bought itEnter the licence key from your Lemon Squeezy receipt in Albumwright. Each key works on up to 3 computers.
  7. Allow unattended downloadsIn Chrome's download settings, turn off “Ask where to save each file before downloading”. When Chrome asks whether suno.com may download multiple files, allow it.

Then open the Album tab, describe your record in the Brief step, and follow the steps from there. Keep Chrome and the side panel open while an album runs.

Troubleshooting

The panel says the helper isn't connected

Check that the Albumwright helper is installed for the Windows account you are using. If it isn't, or if it was moved, run the helper installer again (step 3 of the install guide). Then close and reopen Chrome, open Settings in the side panel and check the connection.

The panel asks you to sign in to your AI

Your ChatGPT or Claude sign-in has expired or was removed. Sign in again when the helper asks, on that company's own page.

You've reached a usage limit

Albumwright uses your own ChatGPT or Claude plan, and there is no pay-as-you-go fallback. Wait for your plan's limit to reset, or check your plan with OpenAI or Anthropic. Then resume the album.

An album paused

Albumwright pauses when something needs you: for example, not enough Suno credits, a sign-in or confirmation on Suno, or a Suno page that has changed. Read the status line, sort out the cause in your Suno tab, then resume. Albumwright never sends a track twice.

Downloads stopped

Downloads run while Chrome and the side panel are open. If the panel closed, reopen it: unfinished downloads continue by themselves. If Chrome keeps asking where to save each file, change the setting in step 7 of the install guide.

Your licence key won't activate

Copy the key in full from your Lemon Squeezy receipt, and check your internet connection. If the key is already active on 3 computers, remove it from Albumwright on a computer you no longer use, or email us and we will free one up for you.

Something else changed on Suno

Albumwright works inside Suno's website, so a change there can stop a feature working until we update Albumwright. Pause, then email us with the status line message so we can look at it.

Billing, refunds and privacy

  • Cancel Pro at any time from the subscription link in your Lemon Squeezy emails. See the refund policy.
  • Ask for a refund within 14 days of any Pro payment. See how to ask.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted. See your rights.
